The engineers who graduated from IIT Roorkee, NIT Trichy, or BITS Pilani in 2019 went to Bangalore because that was where the jobs were. The ones who graduated in 2023 have more options. A well-structured GCC in Pune, Chandigarh, or Kochi is a better career opportunity for many of them than a vendor bench in Bangalore — and they know it.
