Role Specification Confirmed

Role requirements taken from the team architecture. Seniority, domain, technical depth, and culture fit criteria locked before sourcing begins.

Distributed Sourcing Begins

Active outreach across 20+ India cities. Passive candidates approached directly. IIT and NIT alumni networks activated for senior roles.

Technical Screening

Domain-specific assessments run on every candidate who passes the initial CV screen. Typically 15 to 20% pass rate at this stage.

Days 5–10

Client Interview

You receive a shortlist of 2 to 3 candidates per role with full profiles and our recommendation. You interview. You decide.

Days 10–16

Offer, Acceptance and Onboarding

Offer letter issued. Notice period managed. On the start date, the new hire has a signed contract, a clear role, and a 30-day onboarding plan.
