Miracle Global is a GCC architecture firm — we design, build, and operate AI Capability Centres in India for organisations around the world. We are not a staffing firm. We are not a consulting firm. We are the firm that sits at the intersection of AI strategy, operational architecture, and India market expertise.
We are a small, senior team. Every person here owns a piece of a client outcome. Nobody manages slide decks for a living. If you want to do meaningful work that compounds — building institutions that outlast individual engagements — this is the right kind of organisation to do it in.

GCC Architect
Design GCC structures for clients across AI domains. Own the Digital Twin process end-to-end. Deep understanding of India’s AI talent market and GCC operational model required. Chandigarh-based with client travel. 7+ years experience.
Talent Operations Lead
Own talent sourcing and screening across 20+ India cities. Build and manage the Distributed Capability Network. Strong AI domain knowledge across LLM, MLOps, data science, and computer vision. Chandigarh or Pune-based.
GCC Operations Manager
Manage day-to-day operations for 3–5 active client GCCs — HR, payroll coordination, compliance calendar, governance reporting. India entity management experience required. Detail-oriented. Chandigarh-based.
AI Consulting Associate
Support GCC architecture engagements — market research, cost modelling, city analysis, client deliverables. Strong analytical skills. AI background or consulting background welcome. 2–4 years experience. Remote-friendly.
