On the GCC launch date, Operations Management goes live. HR framework active. Payroll processing set up. Compliance calendar loaded. First monthly report due 30 days after launch.

Monthly Payroll and HR Cycle

Payroll processed by the 25th of each month. HR events managed throughout. Employee queries handled by our India HR team. You receive a clean summary in the monthly report.

Monthly Governance Report

Report delivered to your nominated contacts by the 5th of each month covering the previous month. Escalations flagged immediately — not held for the report.

Quarterly Strategic Review
