IP Assignment Drafted and Signed

IP assignment agreement drafted for every role in the team architecture. Signed by every new hire before their start date. A condition of employment.

Week 2 — before first hire starts

HR and Compliance Framework Live

Employment contracts signed. PF and ESIC registered. Payroll structure established. POSH policy in place. The team has a compliant employment framework from day one.

Week 3–4

Entity Registered and Operational
