Capability Models — Other Models
Build it. Operate it.
Take it fully when you're ready.
Miracle Global builds your GCC and operates it until your organisation is ready for full independent control. The transfer date is agreed before we begin. You own the entity from day one.
The Three Phases
Build. Operate. Transfer.
Your timeline. Your control.
The BOT model removes the biggest obstacle most organisations face when building a GCC — not knowing how to run one from day one. Miracle Global builds it, operates it until you are ready, and transfers full independent control on the date you agreed before we started.
“The BOT model exists because ownership should not require operational expertise from day one. Build it owned. Run it managed. Take it fully when you are ready.”
Miracle Global — Capability Architecture
01
Build (Months 1–3)
GCC Digital Twin, legal entity registration, IP assignment framework, talent acquisition, infrastructure, toolchain, and governance framework. Everything built to be transferable from the first day — documented, structured, and clean. You own the entity from day one even while we operate it.
Months 1–3 · Full build phase
02
Operate (Typically Months 4–18)
Miracle Global manages the full operational layer — HR, payroll, compliance filings, governance reporting, and vendor relationships. Your leadership team receives monthly reports and your engineers deliver. The administration is invisible to you. You focus on building capability, not managing India operations.
Months 4–18 · Full management accountability on Miracle Global
03
Transfer (Agreed Date)
Six months before the agreed transfer date, the handover programme begins. Your India leadership team takes over each operational function in sequence — HR first, then payroll, then compliance, then vendor management. By the transfer date, Miracle Global has no operational role. Zero. The GCC is fully independent.
Transfer date agreed before engagement begins · Clean handover
What You Own Throughout
Ownership is not transferred.
It was always yours.
A common misconception about the BOT model is that you gain ownership at the transfer date. You do not. The entity, the team, and the IP are yours from day one — what transfers at the handover date is the operational management, not the ownership.
Throughout BOT — Entity
The Indian entity is registered in your name from day one. Miracle Global operates it on your behalf — it has always been yours.
Throughout BOT — IP
Every model, dataset, and line of code belongs to you by contract from the first hire. This does not change at transfer — it was always the case.
Throughout BOT — Team
Every team member is employed by your entity. They work for you throughout. At transfer, their employer does not change — only their operational management does.
At Transfer — Operations
The HR function, compliance management, payroll, and vendor relationships transfer to your control. Miracle Global steps back completely. No ongoing fee. No ongoing role.
Who It’s For
The right model for
these organisations.
01
First-time India builders
Organisations that want full India independence eventually but need operational support during the build and early operate phase. The BOT gives them the time to build internal India expertise while the GCC is already running.
02
Regulated industries
Financial services and healthcare companies that need to demonstrate regulatory compliance before taking full independent control of an India entity. The BOT structure gives them the runway to satisfy regulators at their own pace.
03
Enterprises de-risking
Large organisations that want the confidence of an experienced operator managing the administration while they validate the GCC model at scale before taking full independent control.
