Infrastructure Specification

Based on team architecture and city chosen in Strategy and Design. Workspace type, team size, security requirements confirmed. Runs parallel to legal entity setup.

Week 1

Workspace Secured and Fitted

Office or co-working space secured in the chosen city. Network infrastructure, meeting rooms, access control, and CCTV in place. Ready 2 weeks before the team’s first day.

Weeks 2–4

Hardware Procured and Configured

Devices procured, MDM enrolled, security policies applied, development environments installed. Hardware is on the desk and tested before any team member starts.

When triggered — 2 to 4 weeks

Security Framework Deployed

VPN, SSO, MFA, and access policies configured and tested. Security review completed against your organisation’s standards. No production access until security sign-off.

Weeks 3–5

Infrastructure Live and Tested

Full end-to-end test before the team arrives. A test sprint confirms everything works as specified. Your team walks in on day one ready to ship.
